I can't seem to log in!

Its possible you have only registered for the newsletter and you have not created a profile. To create a profile you need to go to this page http://www.sunshineaupairs.co.uk/aupair_register.html and fill out the form starting where it says ‘first name;’ you can then create an account and upload a photo.

If you are sure you created a profile then click the forgotten password link on the home page near the login area. If you are still having problems then get in touch with us and we will do our best to help

I have forgetten my username and password

Your username is your email address and you can use this link to reset your password

I am trying to upload a photo but it wont work!

You can only upload JPEG files to our website. Your photo may be in a different format for example GIF or BMP. To change the format simply open up an image program such as microsoft paint and then click 'file' then 'save as'. in the dialog box that you see it says ''file of type'' please change the format to JPEG. Your file should now upload but if you are still having problems then please contact us.
