Childcare Experience
Yes
I have over 5 years childcare experience and i also have a certificate 3 in childrens services, as well as studying my diploma of childrens services, I find this a very rewarding and intresting job. In my current job i have really enjoyed developing the play curriculum and planning activities to support the developmental needs of the children. I have experience caring for children aged from newborn to 12 years old, and i am a confident, capable and friendly carer. I have had a sole/shared charge nanny position, caring for a 9 month old baby.
Reason for being an au pair
Ideally im looking to be part of a family and not just the "au pair or nanny" i really enjoy interacting with children, playing games with them, arts and crafts, music and singing, daytrips etc Id really love to be a friend to the parents of the children as well and for them to make me feel comfortable in their family and communicate with me alot about their expectations, values, and culture. Heres a little about me and my experience working with children, I have over 5 years childcare experience and i also have a certificate 3 in childrens services, as well as studying my diploma of childrens services,( which il be able to finish after my adventure as an aupair) I find this a very rewarding and intresting job. I am a very social and friendly person and i find it easy to get along with everybody, which is why i think im suited to work in an overseas aupair role I have had experience working with both parents, childrens and co-workers of culturally diverse backgrounds which im sure will help me . My qualifications and Experience support the fact that i am very confident at working with children and families and therefore they are able to be confident in my abilities. And im able to provide references for you. Im hoping to find a family that will include me in their family activities be this dinners, celebrations, holidays etc and i really look for ward to learning about life in another part of the world and sharing my culture with your family. Im very happy to take part in household duties such as cleaning and cooking, Im hoping to able to start around march next year id be happy to stay with a family for 12 to 24 months =) I really look forward to hearing back from you, im sure there alot of other things you would like to ask. Kind Regards, Sarah Wieland
